IOACON 2022 AMRITSAR

The organizing committee would like to inform you about the UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS.
Since we have an overwhelming response in terms of abstracts, we have decided to only allow for e-posters.
THERE WILL BE NO DISPLAY OF PHYSICAL POSTERS AT THE VENUE.
Please see the instructions to create an e-poster on Microsoft PowerPoint.

• MICROSOFT POWERPOINT FOR WINDOWS
  • Open Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Click on the Design Tab → Custom Slide Size
  • Change Slide Sized for to → On Screen Show 16:9
  • Change orientation to Portrait
  • This will automatically change the slide size to 14.29 cm width and 25.4 cm height
  • Place your content on this slide
• NOTE FOR ALL PRESENTERS
  • Only ONE SLIDE allowed per e-poster
  • No animations or videos allowed in the e-poster
  • Any other orientation or multiple slides will not be displayed correctly on the display panels.
• INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS WHO ARE IOA MEMBERS
  • All posters by IOA members are eligible in for the Best Poster Award.
  • LM number of the presenter has to be clearly visible on the poster (see the template)
  • Presenters who are IOA members have to be present at the poster display area from 10 am onwards on Day 1, 1st Dec 2022 as the judges will be assessing the posters for the best poster award.
